I'm Manas from eTeam, currently hiring for a Korean Language Specialist – Social Media Project opportunity with Concentrix, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are looking for Korean-speaking professionals with strong English communication skills who are comfortable working in a 24×7 operational environment with rotational shifts.

This opportunity offers an Employment Pass (EP) sponsorship, accommodation, a one-way flight ticket & other benefits as well.

Candidates must be available to join immediately and achieve a minimum B2 level in the English assessment to receive an offer. The assessment can be attempted a maximum of two times.

● Work Environment: 24×7 operations with rotational shifts

● Language Requirements: Strong Korean proficiency and good English communication skills

● English Assessment: Minimum B2 level required to receive an offer

● Assessment Attempts: Maximum of 2 attempts

Client-Provided Benefits

● Employment Pass (EP) Sponsorship: The client will provide an EP to the selected candidate.

Visa / Employment Pass Eligibility

Passport Validity Requirement – South Korean Candidates

● Candidates from South Korea must have a passport with a minimum validity of 14 months.

● Please confirm the passport expiry date during the initial screening.

● Candidates whose passports do not meet the minimum 14-month validity requirement should be flagged for verification before proceeding.

Job Description – Korean Language Specialist

● Support project operations involving Korean-language social media activities.

● Communicate effectively in Korean and English as required by the role.

● Handle assigned tasks professionally while maintaining quality and accuracy.

● Follow established project processes and operational guidelines.

● Collaborate with team members in a rotational-shift environment.

● Meet project-specific quality and productivity expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

● Strong Korean language proficiency.

● Good English communication skills.

● Willingness to undergo the English assessment and achieve a minimum B2 level.

● Understanding that the English assessment can be attempted a maximum of two times.

● Willingness to work in a 24×7 operational environment with rotational shifts.

● Immediate availability to join.

● Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

● Experience in social media operations, customer support, sales, or related fields would be advantageous.

● For candidates from South Korea, a minimum of 14 months of passport validity is mandatory.
