Job Description

Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur or other major cities)

Position Type: Full-time

Language Requirement: Native or Near-Native Korean + Good command of English

Industry: Customer Support / BPO / Shared Services

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (may include weekends/public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Korean.
  • Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Assist with account inquiries, troubleshooting, order processing, and service updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or technical issues.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) Native or near-native proficiency.
  • Good English communication skills (for internal communication and training).
  • Experience in a call center or customer support role is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule (including weekends/public holidays).
  • Currently residing in Malaysia or willing to relocate (relocation support may be considered).
