What Can You Expect
As a Technology Assurance Graduate, you will be aligned to one or more of the following focus areas, depending on your background, interests, and business needs:
IT Audit
You will support the assessment of technology risks and controls that underpin reliable financial reporting and governance.
You may:
- Assist in planning, evaluating, and testing the design and effectiveness of IT controls
- Prepare audit working papers and document findings
- Communicate audit issues to engagement teams and clients
- Apply data analytics techniques to support IT audit procedures
- Help identify technology and performance improvement opportunities
Data & Analytics (D&A)
You will help transform audit through datadriven insights and automation.
You may:
- Build and run Data & Analytics routines to enhance or replace manual audit tests
- Analyze large datasets and provide insights to audit engagement teams
- Participate in discussions to understand client systems, processes, and data flows
- Draft and present audit outputs, including working papers and visualizations
- Assist in automation, interpretation of results, and troubleshooting
Audit AI & Automation Solutions
You will support the development and operation of AIenabled and automated solutions used in real audit workflows.
You may:
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI and automation solutions
- Build solutions using Python and Microsoft technologies
- Translate audit and business requirements into technical components
- Support documentation, testing evidence, and deployment artefacts
- Monitor deployed solutions and assist with enhancements and improvements
Across all streams, you will gain exposure to audit methodologies, regulated environments, and real client delivery cycles.

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for motivated graduates who are passionate about technology, analytics, and assurance.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fastpaced environments
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies
Added Advantage:
- Exposure to IT audit, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards), risk assessment, or business processes
- Familiarity with data, analytics, or visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, IDEA, ACL)
- Basic knowledge of Python, automation, APIs, or Microsoft technologies
- Internship, project, or work experience involving technology, data, or audit
