Universal Robina Munchy's (URM), part of Universal Robina Corporation (URC), is looking for an:

Position Title: Learning and Development Manager cum Agile

Employment Type: Full-time

The Learning and Development Manager cum Agile is responsible for leading the organization's L&D, Talent Management and Agile transformation initiatives to build a high-performance culture. strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance workforce capability and drive business agility across the organization. This role will manage and implement the overall learning and development function of the company to achieve current and future business objectives.

What are the Job Responsibilities

Learning and Development

  • Develop and execute the annual learning and capability-building strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify critical competency gaps.
  • Design and implement leadership, management, technical, functional and soft skill development programs.
  • Manage learning vendors, training budgets and training effectiveness measurement.
  • Drive digital learning initiatives, e-learning platform and self-directed learning culture.
  • Monitor training KPIs including learning hours, participation, completion rates and training ROI.

Agile Transformation and Culture

  • Act as Agile Champion for the organization
  • Promote Agile mindset, principles and ways of working across business function.
  • Facilitate Agile workshops, bootcamps, retrospectives and capability-building programs.
  • Coach leaders and teams on Agile practices, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support the establishment of Agile squads and cross-functional project teans.
  • Drive change management and employee adoption of Agile methodologies.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HODs and HRBPs to align capability building initiatives with business priorities.
  • Present talent, learning and Agile progress updates to leadership teams.
  • Build strong relationships with external training providers.

What are the Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 6 years of Learning and Development experience as L&D manager.
  • Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution industry is preferred.
  • TTT certification will be an added advantage
