We are seeking an
L1 Production Support Analyst with strong
Unix and SQL skills to provide first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for critical applications. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT production environments and be willing to work in a shift-based support model.
Responsibilities
- Monitor application alerts, jobs, and system health.
- Provide first-level investigation and resolution of incidents.
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as required.
- Execute basic Unix commands and SQL queries for issue diagnosis.
- Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and timely communication with stakeholders
Requirements
Good experience of
Unix/Linux commands.
Ability to write and execute basic
SQL queries.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work in a
24x7 shift support environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
