Providing Level 1 user support for the Newspage application (handling basic issues and queries).
Performing mobile device management tasks, such as installing the Newspage app on users phones as per the provided guidelines.
Managing physical mobile assets, ensuring devices are properly assigned, tracked, and maintained in the asset list.
Escalating complex issues to Manager when needed.
