Job Description L1 Technical Engineer (Microsoft PowerApps)
About the Role
The L1 Technical Engineer will provide first-level technical support to end-users and ensure applications, especially Microsoft PowerApps badge jobs, run smoothly.
The role serves as the first point of contact for technical issues, with responsibility for timely resolution, documentation, and escalation when required.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first-level assistance to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by users.
Problem Diagnosis: Troubleshoot technical problems, diagnose issues based on user descriptions, and utilize remote support tools for resolution.
Issue Documentation: Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in a detailed log.
Escalation: Escalate complex technical incidents or unresolved issues to appropriate specialist teams for advanced support.
System Maintenance: Assist with the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and computer systems.
Customer Service: Ensure a positive user experience through professional and effective communication and problem resolution.
Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in IT support / L1 operator roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps (mandatory).
Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and networks.
Knowledge of issue documentation and escalation processes
