Key Responsibilities & Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

37 years of experience in application support or software testing, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience with general programming, scripting, or technical troubleshooting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication with both technical teams and business users

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents and tasks under pressure

Familiarity with ITSM practices (e.g., incident, problem, change management)

Comfortable using monitoring tools, reading logs, and conducting basic investigations

Able to support or coordinate system activities such as service restarts, patching, and scheduled jobs

Capable of using tools or scripts to assist with operational support tasks

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and accountability mind
