Responsibilities
- Monitor and perform regular health check on network infrastructure from alerts.
- Responsible for the incident management process, which involves logging of the incident into HP Service Manager, incident escalation, initial troubleshooting and resolution.
- Perform technical troubleshooting in accordance to established troubleshooting procedures.
- Promptly communicate incident status and update respective parties.
- Respond and remediate in a timely manner in relation to any service outages with minimal guidance.
- Assist in other operational tasks as requested.
Working hours base on rotational basis from Monday to Friday
Shift 1 - 6.00AM - 3.00PM
Shift 2 - 3.00PM - 12.00AM
Primary Location: Onsite, Cyberjaya
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years or more experience working in Network Operations Center (NOC) or related IT Support.
- Certification CCNP or higher add on advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in IT related courses or relevant experience.
- Hands-on knowledge on IT equipment setup, WAN & LAN
- Good knowledge of network L2 & L3 protocols
- Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Able to work with cross border colleagues.
