Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and label samples for testing as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).Conduct routine laboratory tests (e.g., moisture, pH, microbiological, or chemical analysis depending on industry).Maintain accurate records of test results and report abnormalities to supervisors.Assist in the calibration and cleaning of lab equipment.Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment.Monitor inventory of lab supplies and report needs for replenishment.Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the laboratory.Support R&D team in testing new products and improve existing products shelf life extension
Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent a diploma or degree in science, food technology, chemistry, or related field is preferred.Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety practices.Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.Good organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Computer literacy (e.g., basic Excel, data entry systems).
