ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Chinese Language Specialist, you will use your native-level Chinese/Mandarin language expertise to support business operations, communications, content, and customer-related activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Chinese/Mandarin language support for business and operational requirements
• Review, interpret, and manage Chinese-language content and communications
• Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in written and verbal communication
• Support customer-related queries and business requirements when required
• Review and maintain the quality of Chinese-language content
• Work closely with internal teams and international stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within defined timelines
