Do you possess the power to transform user requests into refined responses Are you a master of the Malay language and of course fluent English, with an eagle eye for detail and a knack for clarity We have a position for you with us - You can play a pivotal role in refining AI-generated content as a Domain Evaluator/Language leader.

Project Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent speaker of the Malay and English languages.
• Location: From the comfort of your home.
• Annotation Skills: Expertise in data annotation/evaluation to accurately identify topics and task types.
• Analytical and Creative Skills: We value detail-oriented, creative thinkers with an out of the box approach and the ability to empathize with user requirements.

We need to analyze user requests to understand their intent and identify the information needed for the best possible response. Evaluate the clarity and completeness of user requests. Assess the quality of AI-generated responses based on various criteria, including accuracy, conciseness, and user satisfaction. Compare and rank multiple response options, selecting the one that best addresses the user's needs. Quality is important.

• Domain Expertise: Proven academic background and working knowledge in one or more of the following domains is a plus:
• Finance
• Insurance
• Travel
• Retail
• Media
• Healthcare
• Manufacturing
• Focus on Model Improvement: Drive model enhancement by providing valuable insights and improvements.
• Availability: Able to dedicate at least 4-5 hours a day; full-time commitment is preferable.
• Communication: Strong communicative skills and a willingness to collaborate with the team.
• Learning Sessions: Open to attending online demos or learning sessions as needed.

Compensation:

• $5 per hour (Please note that the hourly rate is based on the TPT, time per task)
