Manage and execute laser material processing projects, including communication with customers, evaluating technical requirements, preparing and processing customer applications, writing reports and following up with customers;
Host customer visits and communicate directly with customers regarding applications and technology; mentor customers on process and product details and strengthen their relationship.
Support Regional Sales Managers with strategic and key applications, including off-site customer visits;
Take charge of the Laser Application Laboratory in Singapore including review equipment need and ensure laboratory equipment is maintained in excellent working condition.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related disciplines;
5+ years experience in laser marking, welding, cutting and other material processing;
Demonstrate strong attention to details and ability to prioritize and focus in a dynamic team oriented environment;
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to travel (domestic and international) to customer site (25% of time);
