-Skill set: (please focus on main skills)
. Bachelor's degree in IT-related disciplines with 4-6 years BA/PM relevant working experience.
. Good communication skills will be highly needed. Fluent in both English and Cantonese communication, need to communicate with HK users frequently.
. Proven relationship management skills to influence across business lines and partners.
. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with proactive, decisiveness, flexibility, and self-learning skills.
. Prior working experience in a foreign company is a plus.
. PMP certification is a plus.
-Job description:
. Consult with relevant AIA Vitality business end users to ensure appropriate business requirements/integrations of functions/projects to meet goals.
. Coordinate with relevant IT teams for the necessary system enhancements, control system changes processes from requirements through implementation for the whole schedule and quality.
. Work with internal parties to achieve business goals and negotiate with external parties as needed.
. Provide evaluative judgments based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations.
. Conduct UAT testing and Post checking for the business enhancements as AIA Vitality Operations user role
-Others:
. Analyse relevant requirements to develop program logic for new applications and to modify logic for existing applications
. Code, test, debug, document and implement software applications
. Test and integrate application components
. Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented
. Provide technical support to end user as required
