Roles & Responsibility:
- Able to manage Workday functional modules
- Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and change requests related to Workday and other HR applications
- Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
- Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
- Perform system configuration and customization.
- Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
- Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
- Able to take pro-active initiatives in BAU support or initiatives.
- Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
- Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned
- Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request

Requirements:
Education
- University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Workday modules BAU Support
- Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
- Good understanding of how system works.
- Possess knowledge of application developments methodologies or system configurations
