Position Objective:
- Familiar with ARIBA and SAP.
- Provide day to day BAU SAP MM and ARIBA support to LBUs.
- Able to manage all aspect of the SAP MM and ARIBA business mapping, blueprinting and related configuration.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as Single point of contact on P2P Ariba and Concur technical issues of all end users, Group IT, SAP team and ARIBA customer support team.
- Provide L2 support to resolve any system related issues.
- Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
- Manages all assigned Enquiries, Incidents & Change Requests (SNOW & BAU PCR), and deliver according to the target resolution time.
- Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
- Perform system configuration and customization.
- Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
- Follow and actively promote SAP, Concur and ARIBA best practice usage in all solution aspects.
- Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador.
- Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
- Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside GASC USC - Finance to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
- Supporting Manager and Assistant Manager(s) on work assignments.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
- University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP MM/ARIBA focus across the ASPAC region.
- Relevant ITM GASC USC - FINANCE experience and user support track record.
- Strong knowledge in ARIBA Cloud / Procure to Pay solution and SAP MM.
- Procure to Pay business knowledge to manage communication with large finance user base.
