Your New Role -
In this role, you will be focusing on -
- Identifying the Root Cause of problems before having a major impact on the business process and communicating these with stakeholders.
- Introducing Automation via creation of tools, pipelines, scripting, and workflows to reduce manual intervention.
- Delivery of stable, performant applications and cloud operation practices.
- Ensure training materials and technical documentation are kept up to date.
- Collaborating with the tech team members within your team and across other teams to produce an efficient output.
- Showcasing leadership qualities in guidance, coordinating and communicating properly with the team and reporting line.
What you'll need to succeed -
- Min. of 3 years experience in Web Application / Operation Support / Software Development / DevOps.
- Good understanding and hands-on exposure in PowerShell / Python.
- Strong understanding of Public Cloud. (Azure Preferably).
- DevOps practices - exposure and good understanding towards SDLC & Change Management. Azure DevOps is the primary automation platform.
- Working on CI/CD Streamlining, Enhancing, Troubleshooting, and occasionally building.
- Good to have a solid understanding towards the Atlassian Stack.
- Monitoring tool experience is important (Automating monitoring alerts).

Desired Skills and Experience
