Hiring: Senior AI/ML / NLP & LLM Specialist / Lead Data Scientist

Location: Noida | Gurugram | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Experience: 11–15+ Years

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML professional with strong expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, LLMs and production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end LLM training, fine-tuning and optimization across LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, OpenAI, Gemini and Anthropic ecosystems.
• Develop advanced NLP, Information Extraction, Information Retrieval and text summarization solutions.
• Architect and implement RAG / GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, semantic search and vector retrieval systems.
• Design and optimize embedding models and document understanding pipelines.
• Apply SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, PPO and GRPO techniques.
• Build distributed multi-GPU/multi-node training environments using NCCL, DeepSpeed, InfiniBand/RDMA.
• Take AI research from PoC → experimentation → performance evaluation → production deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

11–15+ years in Applied AI/ML

Strong NLP + Machine Learning + Deep Learning expertise

Python, PyTorch, SQL

Transformers, LLMs and modern AI architectures

LLM training & fine-tuning – SFT, LoRA, QLoRA

RAG, GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, Semantic Search

Embeddings – BGE, E5, SimCSE

Vector DB – FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus

Azure ML and/or AWS

Strong understanding of research papers and ability to convert research into production solutions

Good to Have:

• Healthcare / Clinical NLP experience
• Medical coding knowledge – CPT, ICD, PCS
• Research publications / Open-source AI contributions
• OCR & document layout parsing
• Distributed training – NCCL, Horovod, DeepSpeed
• Symbolic AI / Rule-based systems
• Mixture of Experts / Meta-learning

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field preferred.
