Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experiencedLead DevOps Engineerto drive DevOps practices across development and operations teams. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and system reliability across cloud and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and champion DevOps practices across engineering and operations teams

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deployments

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes

• Ensure system reliability, performance, availability, and scalability across all environments

• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design and deliver robust solutions

• Oversee cloud and/or on-prem infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency

• Establish and enforce DevOps standards, best practices, and documentation

• Monitor system health, manage incidents, and implement preventive and corrective measures

• Drive continuous improvement through tooling, process enhancements, and automation initiatives

• Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools and technologies as needed
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, infrastructure management, or related roles

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

• Proven experience with cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure, or GCP

• Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar languages)

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset
  
  

• Experience leading DevOps initiatives or mentoring engineers

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Experience supporting both cloud and on-prem environments

• Understanding of security best practices within DevOps (DevSecOps)
