Job Description

Job Description

Responsibilities: Please list at least 5 duties/accountabilities.

  • Lead and coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, and CAD engineering teams to deliver complete and accurate IFC drawing packages (single-line diagrams, GA layouts, wiring schematics, HVAC/CFD layouts, grounding, fire systems, network architecture, etc.)
  • Review and validate SOO (Sequence of Operations) documentation for power, cooling, and controls systems to ensure alignment with solution architecture, customer specifications, and factory integration constraints.
  • Oversee preparation of commissioning documentation, including FAT scripts, test procedures, load-bank plans, protection coordination files, and integrated system validation steps
  • Resolve technical clashes early (e.g., cable routing congestion, skid structural capacity, UPS/battery clearances, busbar interfaces, PLC/SCADA points lists)
  • Review design packages (electrical, mechanical, controls) and ensure production teams fully understand the build requirements.
  • Conduct build readiness reviews with production, quality, HSE, and supply chain teams to ensure all materials, drawings, jigs, and procedures are released before production start.
  • Validate vendor-supplied equipment documentation and drawings for interface compliance and serviceability.
  • Allocate engineering resources and adjust workloads to meet build milestones and factory throughput targets.
  • Identify design, manufacturing, and integration risks early—e.g., long lead items, interface gaps, thermal/harmonic limits, integration delays, or commissioning complexities
  • Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future manufacturability, reliability, and cost performance.
  • Coach and mentor electrical, mechanical, and controls engineers to improve design quality, manufacturability awareness, and factory integration expertise.
  • Foster a culture of safety, precision, and accountability across engineering and production interactions.

Education & Certifications: Please note minimum and preferred requirements for education. This includes degree, specializations and certifications.

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Electrical/ Mechanical

Requirements: Please list all experience required to perform this job. You may note some requirements as preferred.

  • Around 5 years of experience in lead engineer role, factory operations, or manufacturing of electrical/mechanical assemblies.
  • Experience managing production work for prefabricated modules, data center equipment, power distribution units, or related industrial systems (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of low voltage electrical power systems, mechanical assemblies, cooling systems, and integrated modular solutions.
  • Proven ability to coordinate material readiness, production scheduling, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in reviewing technical drawings and BOMs for electrical and mechanical assemblies.
  • Experience leading Factory Acceptance Tests and preparing FAT documentation.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary production teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule discipline.
  • Fluent in English.
