Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and customer segments. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed.
Lead Identification: Use various channels such as online research, social media, and industry databases to identify potential leads.- Data Management: Build and maintain a database of potential leads. Ensure data accuracy and update lead information regularly.
Outreach and Prospecting: Utilize email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels to reach out to potential leads.
- Qualification: Assess the suitability of leads based on predetermined criteria.
Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and criteria for qualified leads. Regularly communicate with sales teams to provide updates on lead progress.- Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
Technology Utilization: Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to manage and track leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often preferred. However, relevant work experience may sometimes be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2 years and above experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing is highly beneficial.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is often desired.- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in planning and execution.
Proficiency in computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.- Creativity and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with diverse individuals.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic change and work under pressure.
