Job Description

Job Summary

Lead IAM operations ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across enterprise environments. Drive service delivery, manage teams, and act as a key client-facing stakeholder for IAM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end IAM operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
  • Act as primary client interface for IAM service delivery and escalations
  • Manage and mentor IAM operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery excellence
  • Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for identity integration and improvements

  • Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience with strong IAM focus
  • Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in team handling and operations management
  • Relevant certifications preferred (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft, CISSP)
  • Must-Have Skills (Any 3+): Delinea (SaaS), Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and Active Directory (Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP)
