Job Responsibilities
To collaborate with Tractors Malaysia business units i.e CI RI, P&E Prime and Aftermarket in the following areas :
- Offline Marketing: Planning and executing B2B/B2C campaigns, events, and in-store branding.
- Online Marketing: Developing and managing digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Branding & Strategy: Assisting in annual marketing planning and maintaining brand consistency. Develop promotional strategies including cost-benefit analysis.
- Channel Support: Providing marketing support to sales teams and managing promotional materials.
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies using SEO, paidads, social media and email.
- Cross - Team Collaboration - Work with creative, content and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and effective marketing efforts.
- Establish clear measurable KPIs for marketing campaigns and create performance reports to management and stakeholders.
- Analyzing data for insights and optimistaion.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to improve ROI
- Review Market insights & identify target demographics and develop effective campaigns.
Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field
- Strong exposure to both digital/online and offline marketing
- Excellent Digital marketing, vendor management, event planning, and budgeting skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork, including event execution and market visits
- Deep understanding in Digital Marketing Analytics
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads ; Canva/Photoshop a plus etc
