Lead, Product Development

The Product team is dedicated in building successful products and user experiences that affect millions of Touch n Go users every day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to build products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. As a Product Owner, you are required to break down complex problems into understandable steps that drive product development.

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our product offering, aligning with the companys vision and market demands

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape within the product space. Use insights to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with Technology teams to define product requirements, prioritize features and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to executive leadership, sales team and customers

Work closely with go-to-market and sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth

Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data and market trends to continuously improve existing products and identify opportunities for new products or features

Manage the P&L for T&G products, ensuring that revenue targets and profitability are achieved

Ensure that the products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations and certifications.

Work closely with vendors, finance, technology, operations, sales, go-to-market and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
