As a Recruiter Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth through exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycleworkforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer managementensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and leverage digital platforms, job boards, and networking events to expand talent pipelines.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to remain competitive in the talent market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring and delivering against tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruitment, and talent mapping.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is an advantage.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for building high-performing teams.
