What should you do
Channel Strategy & Planning
- Assist in formulating and executing channel/ customer strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support the identification of new retail opportunities and contribute to expansion initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic recommendations.
Retail Partner Management
- Maintain strong working relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
- Support contract and promotional agreement negotiations in coordination with senior management.
- Track partner performance to ensure alignment with brand and operational standards.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Assist in setting sales targets and closely monitor retail channel achievements.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and provide actionable insights
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team collaboration.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product updates.
- Ensure all sales activities are within the defined and agreed budget.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong command of written and oral English
- Able to co-ordinate activities by others and project manage within cross-functional project teams
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership
- Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels
