Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability across Shopee Singapore's businesses, in alignment with business priorities
- Drive commercial growth and profitability initiatives across relevant categories and business areas
- Structure ambiguous business problems through opportunity sizing, benchmarking, analysis, and scalable strategy development
- Deliver end-to-end strategic projects, from development and implementation to business case realisation
- Develop materials for senior stakeholders to support timely and effective communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field a Master's degree would be advantageous but is not required
- Minimum 3 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, excluding internship and part-time work experience
- Exposure to consumer, retail, e-commerce, category management, or AI-related projects would be advantageous
- Familiarity with AI, chatbots, automation tools, or technology-enabled workflow improvements is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand category performance, seller needs, and buyer behaviour
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, or suppliers in a dynamic and collaborative environment
