This is a leadership-heavy role where you will set the governance, mentor developers, and partner with key stakeholders to drive complex projects from initiation to deployment.

• Tech Stack: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes

Your Core Mission:

• Architectural Leadership: Design function-centric microservices and outline development guiding principles to ensure best practices are followed.
• Delivery Orchestration: Partner with PMs, BAs, and Vendors to deliver high-quality releases aligned with CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
• Cloud & DevOps: Leverage containerization (Tanzu, Kubernetes, AWS) and modern DevOps tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus) to build highly available services.
• Quality Governance: Manage system dependencies across multiple releases and control the quality of vendor deliverables.
• Problem Solver: Troubleshoot application bottlenecks, conduct performance tests, and ensure all systems meet strict security and SLA/SLO standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Expert: 8+ years in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot with a track record of building high-volume integration services.
• Cloud Native: Deep experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• The Strategist: Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and a deep understanding of the Financial Services domain.
• The Presenter: Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both business teams and management.
