WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Establish and maintain a globally deployed, supported and standard DevSecOps toolset that include, but it not limited to, Atlassian suite of products, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Miro and others which may be assessed and approved for implementation in the future:

. Defines, maintains, and owns the processes & procedures for subscription creation and user management

. Tracks and manages required licenses purchases and renewals through engagement with respective subscription owners and other stakeholders

. Coordinates required budgeting and forecast exercise with respective Business Units in accordance to budgeting and Strat Plan cycles or as required

. Implements improvements to ensure information security risk and compliance issues are addressed

. Drives incident, problem and change management-related activities that impacts the scope of services at Group level

. Orchestrates and works with key vendors

. Actively seeks improvements to the team's processes and ways of working

. Actively participates in operational ITIL processes i.e., Incident, Change Management (CAB), Release Management, Problem Management, Availability Management and other process(es) as required

. Provides support for other task(s) and responsibilities as required
Job Requirements :
. Education - Undergraduate degree holder in Information Technology /Computer Science or equivalent discipline

. Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team

. Inquisitive, flexible, adaptable, with a strong desire to learn new computer programming languages, tools and technologies

. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

. Ability to investigate and analyse information, and to draw conclusions to drive decision-making

. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

. Disciplined, methodical, and able to work under a fast-paced learning and operating environment

. Strong, practical knowledge in one or more computer programming languages e.g., Java, Python is desirable
