Job Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive technical documents for end-to-end solution design, including accurate details and clear system dependency indicators.
- Analyse user requirements and translate them into comprehensive design documents.
- Actively engage in application design sessions alongside Solution Architects and developers.
- Participate in Sprint Planning activities and conduct Defect Triage
- Conduct testing, maintenance, and suggest software enhancements to ensure robust functionality and optimization.
- Lead a team of system analysts, define the guiding principle of the team, and take on the role as the primary escalation point.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in software development, expertise in digital banking will be an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of practical involvement in overseeing the entire technical/systems requirements lifecycle
- Experienced in leading a team of 5-7 resources.
- Must have an understanding of both business and technological facets related to retail banking, credit/debit cards, ATM and payment systems, as well as internet and mobile banking realms.
- Development experience, ideally full stack development in React, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
