Ensure machines and equipment are properly set up and maintained for continuous production.
Perform planned preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot machine issues and breakdowns and carry out repairs to minimize production downtime.
Ensure all machine records, maintenance logs, and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs or maintenance.
Collaborate with shift technicians and production teams to ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates from other engineering disciplines may be considered if they have extensive hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
Working knowledge of machine programming and PLC systems.
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
