Want to be part of our Leadership Team

We are seeking an accomplished and principled leader to join our Leadership Team. This leadership role is responsible for shaping and driving an organisationwide culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. The role oversees integrity frameworks, governance policies, compliance programmes and risk mitigation efforts ensuring the organisation operates to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

This is a strategic position requiring deep expertise in governance, anticorruption, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.

What You Will Do

  • Drive a comprehensive integrity framework and promote ethical conduct across the organisation.
  • Develop and strengthen governance frameworks, compliance programmes, and internal controls.
  • Lead governance performance reporting, internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory updates.
  • Identify and manage integrityrelated risks, implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard organisational reputation.
  • Lead constructive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, agencies, and industry bodies.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CCEP, CeIO or equivalents are highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior position or Management level in governance, compliance, integrity management or risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in integrity and governance.
