Job Description

B. Braun Medical Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and experienced Lean Process Manager to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing efficiency across our operations. Your expertise in lean methodologies and passion for continuous improvement will be crucial in this strategically important position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement lean process improvements to boost productivity, quality, reduce waste, and improve cost-effectiveness using agile methodologies.
  • Analyze production data using data analytics and process mining techniques to identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and eliminating waste.
  • Create current-state value streams within specific areas.
  • Develop target concepts aimed at improving productivity.
  • Implement improved material flows, including redesigning the production layout.
  • Introduce beneficial digitalization initiatives in production processes.
  • Ensure the sustainability of implemented improvements.
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure lean practices are integrated across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term process improvement strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a lean process management or continuous improvement role.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office 365 products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge in digitalization tools (MES, Office 365, SAP).
  • Effective facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently in complex environments.
  • Holistic thinking combined with an analytical and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills.
  • Knowledge of process engineering and manufacturing best practices.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing lean methodologies and delivering measurable results is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.
