Your Tasks:
1. Lean Six Sigma Strategy & Site Alignment
- Support Head of LSS to roll out and sustain the Lean Six Sigma culture across the site.
- Ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with company business plans.
- Advise on project selection, resource integration, and prioritization.
- Monitor site productivity, quality improvements, and cost-reduction opportunities.
2. Drive & Build Lean Six Sigma Culture
- Lead and coach cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collaborate with process owners to deliver operational, customer experience, and financial improvements.
- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma framework adoption, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct project reviews and provide independent evaluation of performance.
- Support process improvements, re-engineering, and capability building of Belters.
- Train and coach process owners on tools and methodologies.
3. System Measurement & Continuous Feedback
- Track key continuous improvement metrics and KPI achievement.
- Support innovation platforms, employee engagement, reward & recognition programs.
- Provide feedback to Corporate LSS Team on training modules and tools.
4. Program & Cultural Sustainability
- Develop and mentor Lean Six Sigma Belters.
- Support development of standardized procedures, policies, and LSS program documentation.
- Ensure customer problems are handled quickly and effectively.

Your Profiles:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum).
- Minimum 5 years Lean Six Sigma experience with proven project leadership.
- Skilled in Minitab/JMP and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented change agent with the ability to influence at all levels.
