Learning and Development Coordinator

VACANCY: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is assisting an established manufacturer in the lithium-ion battery industry in recruiting a qualified Learning & Development Executive.

Location: Banting, Selangor

Basic Salary: RM3,500 per month

Experience: Minimum two years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Business Administration or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external employee training programmes.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify competency gaps across departments.
• Prepare and manage the company's annual training calendar.
• Coordinate trainers, training providers, participants, venues, materials and schedules.
• Review and update employee induction materials with the relevant departments.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment, evaluation and certification records.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and reports.
• Manage HRD Corp registrations, grant applications, claims and supporting documentation.
• Ensure training programmes comply with statutory, regulatory and HRD Corp requirements.
• Monitor employee certifications and arrange refresher training or recertification when required.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience coordinating internal and external training programmes.
• Experience using the HRD Corp system for registrations, grant applications and claims is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong coordination, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
• Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
