Skills
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and learning events.
- Maintain accurate records, feedback reports, and training databases. Ensure learners enjoy a positive and professional training experience.
- Handle training logistics from registrations and materials to venue setup.
- Support trainers and participants before, during, and after training sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in training, learning & development, or administration is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs at once.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (LMS knowledge is a plus).
