Be the bridge between learners and knowledge as our LCE. If you&aposre proactive, organised and passionate about training, we want you!

Skills

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and learning events.
  • Maintain accurate records, feedback reports, and training databases. Ensure learners enjoy a positive and professional training experience.
  • Handle training logistics from registrations and materials to venue setup.
  • Support trainers and participants before, during, and after training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in training, learning & development, or administration is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs at once.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (LMS knowledge is a plus).
  • Salary based on related work Experience & credentials
