Job Description

Job Description:

Design and deliver general skills trainings (e.g. Problem Solving, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Project Management)
Develop content for E-learning, training and other learning formats
Support the end-to-end coordination of L&D and talent programmes, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training)
Craft newsletters and maintains communications channels with programme participants
Involve in learning and talent programme design, conduct research and generate insights and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
Manage day-to-day L&D and talent administration and operations
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
Relevant experience in Talent Management or Learning Development function and/or is a plus
Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Analytical with strong project management and execution skills
Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
Have experience in working with adobe illustrator or visual design would be a plus
