Job Description

Job Description:

  • Design and deliver general skills trainings (e.g. Problem Solving, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Project Management)
  • Develop content for E-learning, training and other learning formats
  • Support the end-to-end coordination of L&D and talent programmes, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training)
  • Craft newsletters and maintains communications channels with programme participants
  • Involve in learning and talent programme design, conduct research and generate insights and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day L&D and talent administration and operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Relevant experience in Talent Management or Learning Development function and/or is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Analytical with strong project management and execution skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have experience in working with adobe illustrator or visual design would be a plus
