Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning and Development Executive to lead the planning, development, and execution of training programs. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, preparing proposals and costing, and ensuring high standards in training content and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead and manage training projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.

- Proposal & Costing Preparation: Prepare training and team building proposals with accurate costing.

- Course Design & Development: Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and update course outlines tailored to client needs.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external clients to coordinate training logistics and respond promptly to emails/messages.

-Training Coordination: Organize training sessions, including scheduling trainers, preparing materials, and managing training logistics.

- Feedback & Improvement: Analyze participant feedback to enhance program quality and relevance.

- Market Research: Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and practices to continuously innovate our offerings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.

- 35 years of experience in Learning and Development, with some project management exposure.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Experience in preparing proposals and costing, especially for team building events.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (spoken and written); familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Must possess own transport.
