Join KTI Landmark Berhad as a Leasing & Development Executive based in the vibrant city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the company&aposs retail and property development initiatives, contributing to the strategic growth and success of the business.
What you&aposll be doing
- Manage the leasing process for the company&aposs retail and commercial properties, including attracting prospective tenants, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high occupancy rates
- Liaise with existing tenants to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service, fostering strong tenant relationships
- Assist in the planning and execution of property development projects, including market research, feasibility studies, and project management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies to attract new tenants and investors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company&aposs real estate and property development initiatives
What we&aposre looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leasing, property development, or real estate-related role, preferably within the retail or commercial property sector
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the retail and commercial property segments
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in market research, feasibility analysis, and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges
- Passionate about the real estate and property development industry, with a keen eye for recognizing new opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
