Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Putrajaya for the position of Leasing Executive. The Leasing Executive will manage day-to-day leasing activities, including sourcing and securing tenants, negotiating lease terms, overseeing lease administration, and maintaining updated market research on real estate trends. The role involves working closely with clients, colleagues, and property owners to ensure optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Leases
• Experience in Lease Administration and ensuring compliance with lease terms
• Strong Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret trends to drive leasing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of the real estate or property management industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
