Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager for a full-time role based on-site in Penang. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing leasing activities, coordinating with tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with leasing standards and regulations. The role involves executing lease renewals, marketing properties to prospective tenants, maintaining relationships with both current and potential renters, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns. Additionally, the Leasing Manager will collaborate with property management and other departments to support smooth operational efficiency and achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for tenant interactions and lease agreement discussions.
• Experienced in real estate leasing, property management, and tenant relations.
• Proficient in market analysis and marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
• Knowledgeable in contract management, regulatory compliance, and lease administration.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in property management software and related tools is an advantage.
• Past experience in real estate or a relevant field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable.
