• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Master's degree or professional certification.

• Experience with curriculum development.

• Knowledge of the latest industry practices and technologies.

• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools.

Job Descriptions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lecture Delivery

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures in accordance with course curricula and syllabus standards.

• Maintain professional standards in teaching methodology and student interaction.

Laboratory Support

• Prepare and conduct practical laboratory sessions and hands-on training.

• Ensure laboratory safety, maintenance of equipment, and proper use of facilities.

• Provide technical guidance and assistance to students during practical work.

Course Development & Assessment

• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.

• Contribute to departmental initiatives and institutional development.

• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.
