Job Requirements
Minimum Master's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management or a related field from a recognised institution.
Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and/or industry certifications will have an added advantage.
Relevant teaching and/or industry experience in Occupational Safety & Health is preferred.
Experience in programme coordination, academic administration, MQA accreditation or quality assurance will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of current OSH legislation, practices, standards and industry requirements.
Strong communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
Passionate about teaching, student development and academic excellence.

Job Descriptions
Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, practical sessions and other academic activities for Occupational Safety & Health programmes.
Lead and coordinate the OSH programme, ensuring effective academic planning, delivery and continuous improvement.
Develop and review curriculum, course materials, assessments and teaching resources in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Monitor students academic progress, provide academic guidance and support, and maintain effective student engagement.
Coordinate with lecturers, Programme Leaders, Heads of School and relevant departments on academic and operational matters.
Ensure the programme complies with relevant MQA, DOSH/JKKP and other applicable regulatory and professional requirements.
Prepare and maintain programme documentation, reports, records and evidence required for internal and external audits/accreditation.
Participate in programme review, accreditation, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
Supervise students in projects, research, industrial training and other academic activities where applicable.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with industry partners and professional bodies to enhance programme relevance and employability.
Participate in college activities, student engagement initiatives, committees and other duties assigned by the management.
