Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL). Part time teaching is also available. The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching, preparing lesson plans, conducting tutorials, assessing students academic performance, and participating in academic activities and administrative work. The Lecturer will also be expected to deliver teaching in a manner that fosters a caring and nurturing environment for transformative learning and teaching practices.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong subject matter knowledge and academic background in the relevant field
  • Dedicated and passionate about teaching
  • Ability to deliver quality teaching, including the design of effective lesson plans, and assessment of students academic performance.
  • Ability to foster a caring and nurturing environment for transformative learning and teaching practices.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in the relevant field, preferably with teaching experience and professional certification(s).
