Requirements:

• Possess at least a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field.

• Possess good communication skills.

• Passionate about education.

• Having experience in teaching in the education setting will have an added advantage.

Job Descriptions

• Deliver student-centred lessons in accordance with the approved syllabi and scheme of work for subjects assigned.

• Develop, review and update notes, schemes of work and syllabi from time to time to reflect current practice.

• Conduct formative and summative assessments in a timely manner.

• Provide pastoral care and academic counselling to students.

• Supervise student activities.

• Supervise final year projects.

• Engage in research and publication activities.

• Conduct and invigilate examinations.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation for new programs or review of existing programs to regulatory bodies when required.

• Assist in promotional and marketing events, and fairs and exhibitions of the college when required.
