About Us
Admanage is a B2B SaaS company with a global customer base spanning the US, Europe, and beyond. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, commercially-minded lawyer to lead our legal and compliance function.
The Role
A high-impact position for an ambitious lawyer who thrives on complexity. You'll own all legal matters - commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and supporting our international expansion. You'll work directly with the founder with significant autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, SaaS contracts, and vendor terms
- Ensure regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions
- Manage corporate governance, board documentation, and filings
- Support the business on international expansion initiatives
- Advise on payment processing and data protection matters
- Monitor legal developments affecting B2B SaaS
What We're Looking For
- Education: Law degree from a top-tier UK university (Oxbridge, LSE, UCL, KCL, Durham, Bristol) or leading Malaysian institution (University of Malaya, NUS graduates also considered)
- Academic Excellence: First-class honours or equivalent; distinction at postgraduate level strongly preferred
- Experience: 3-7 years PQE at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or top-tier international firm, or equivalent in-house experience at a high-growth tech company
- Specialisation: Corporate/commercial or technology sector experience highly desirable
- Bar Admission: Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or Malaysian Bar; dual qualification a plus
