Job Description:
This is a paralegal role.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department (Disputes & Compliance team)
- Administer and maintain the database of legal documents
- Monitor and record requests received by legal team (internal and external), maintain trackers and logs
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather information and ensure timely responses to requests
- Conduct legal research
- Support legal team in managing dispute related matters and IP complaints
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Legal administrative experience is required.
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
