- Manage high-value residential and commercial conveyancing files-from sub-sale to loan documentation-giving you full exposure to complex, multi-party transactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, attending signings and providing strategic guidance on conveyancing matters, building your confidence and professional reputation.
- Work closely with banks, developers, real estate agents, and government agencies-expanding your professional network and sharpening your coordination skills.
- Ensure seamless adherence to legal timelines, statutory requirements, and firm procedures-ideal for detail-oriented lawyers who thrive in structured, high-stakes settings.

about the requirements
- 3-5 years PQE with a focused practice in conveyancing and property law.
- Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
- Proven ability to manage files independently from inception to completion, with minimal supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of sub-sale, project sales, and loan documentation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, banks, and authorities.
