We're Hiring: Subsale Lawyer / Legal Associate

Location:

1- Bukit Jalil

2- Bukit Tinggi Klang

Experience: 2 years above in Conveyancing

Salary: starting RM 4000 above (based on experiences)

Are you a passionate legal professional with experience in subsale conveyancing We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Subsale Lawyer / Legal Associate to join our legal team in Klang and Bukit Jalil.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle subsale conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion.

- Draft, review, and prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, transfer forms, and other related legal documents.

- Conduct land searches, title searches, and due diligence to ensure smooth property transactions.

- Liaise with clients, banks, real estate agents, developers, the Land Office, and other relevant authorities.

- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of conveyancing transactions.

- Manage and maintain accurate legal files, documentation, and transaction records.

- Advise clients on property transactions, ownership matters, and relevant legal procedures.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and conveyancing procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.

- Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing, particularly subsale matters.

- Good knowledge of subsale procedures, SPA, and related legal documentation.

- Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

- Able to manage multiple files independently and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to professional standards.

- A proactive team player with a positive working attitude.
