Legal Associate / Pupillage - Banking & Finance, Dept Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets

Job Descriptions:

• Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to Banking & Finance, Debt Capital Markets/Sukuk and Islamic Finance
• Preferably in cross-border finance, infrastructure project finance, real estate project finance, and financial regulatory advice
• Candidates must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, have good interpersonal skills, and above all, have a high desire to learn.
